*Repairs and replacements: 

It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare advice given upon leaving the salon. 

Repairs will be free of charge during the first 48 hours of the nail treatment being carried out.

After this time repairs are costed at 10% of the full treatment cost per nail. (£4 minimum repair)

Infill appointments include up to full replacement of 1 nail. Any more will be charged at the 10% costing of the treatment received , respective of treatment. This cost will be capped at the cost of a full set should you have more than 1 nail damaged.

*UNDER 16'S

Please note: for insurance purposes I cannot service under 16's. 

Under 16-year-old's may have a service if a parent/registered carer attends the appointment and completes a consent letter. 

 

*Price Alteration

I reserve the right to review and increase prices as and when needed.

 

*Booking fees

A 50% booking fee is required.  This booking fee will go towards your final balance the day of treatment.   Booking fees are non-refundable. Appointments will not be secured until the payment has been made via the link that will be sent to you.  Once booking fee has been paid you have agreed to abide to the T&Cs of Forever With Nicola Nails.

 

*Skin Test

When a skin test is required,  this must be done 24 - 48 hours before treatment time.  If the skin test has not been completed prior to your booking time this will result in you forfeiting your non-refundable booking fee and the treatment will NOT be preformed that day!! 

A new appointment can be made and a new booking fee will be required! 

 

*Cancellations

Please note should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment; I require at least 72 hours (3days) notice before your appointment is due.

You must reschedule  your appointment within 2 weeks or this will result in forfeiting your non refundable booking fee!!  An appointment can only be rescheduled  once before forfeiting your non- refundable booking fee.

If cancellations, reschedules or you don't show up after this 72 hour (3days) notice will result in forfeiting your non-refundable booking fee!!

If cancelations are on the same day as your appointment the remaining balance will be added to your next appointment.

Repeat cancellations will lose the ability to book again.

 

*Complaints Policy:

*Forever with Nicola Nails DOES NOT offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your nails, we will offer a removal or re-do of the treatment as required by law and only if we are at fault. If fault cannot be proven Forever with Nicola Nails will use our discretion when offering resolutions to any issues. 

If clients do not take the advice of their technician with regard to appropriate choices of treatments or follow up aftercare treatment advice, we at Forever with Nicola Nails cannot be held responsible for any consequent issues. 

 

* If Forever with Nicola Nails has to cancel any booking with less than 24 hours' notice we will rebook your appointment at the first available and mutually agreeable time with a 10% discount on your treatment as a good will gesture. 

 

* Forever with Nicola Nails reserves the right to update and/or amend these policies at any time.

 

*AESTHETICS:  T & Cs

Booking fees are NOT refundable.

Appointments will not be secured until the payment has been made via the link that will be sent to you.  Once the booking fee has been paid, you have agreed to abide by the T&Cs.

Consent form and medical form must be completed for the treamtent to be carried out. 

AESTHETICS CANCELLATION FEE

Less than 24 hours  cancellation fee £10

A link for the cancellation fee will be sent to you.

Once the cancellation fee has been made we can then reschedule your appointment for the next available clinic. Outstanding balance to be paid at your reschedule appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS:  T & Cs

Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

Treatments can not be split over different dates or tmes

Voucher must be redeemed the day of appointment. 

Vouchers expirty dates can not be extended

No credit or change will be given if the total of the treatment is less that the voucher value. 

For treatment over the value of the voucher the remainding balance will be charged.
