By booking an appointment with Forever With Nicola, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

💗 BOOKING FEES

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount is deducted from the final treatment balance.

Booking fees are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Payment instructions will be sent to you when your appointment is requested.

By paying your booking fee, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

With at least 72 hours' notice, your booking fee may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment, which must take place within 2 weeks of the original appointment.

Less than 72 hours' notice, failure to attend, or a second reschedule will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the remaining treatment balance before another appointment can be booked.

Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in future bookings being declined.

💅 NAIL REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS

Please follow the aftercare advice provided following your treatment.

If a nail requires repair due to an issue with the treatment, please contact me within 48 hours. Where appropriate, the repair will be carried out free of charge.

Damage caused by accidents, picking, biting, inappropriate use or failure to follow aftercare is not considered a treatment fault and may be chargeable.

After 48 hours, repairs are charged at the current nail repair price.

👧 UNDER 16s

Treatments for clients under 16 are only available where the treatment, insurance and applicable professional guidance allow.

A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and may be required to remain present for the appointment.

Some treatments have minimum age restrictions and cannot be performed on clients under 16, even with parental consent.

🧴 PATCH/SKIN TESTING

Where a patch or skin test is required, this must be completed within the required timeframe before treatment — normally 24–48 hours beforehand, depending on the treatment/product requirements.

If a required test has not been completed, the treatment cannot proceed and the appointment may need to be rearranged. A further booking fee may be required.

💉 AESTHETICS & ADVANCED TREATMENTS

All aesthetics and advanced treatments are subject to consultation and suitability.

Relevant consultation, consent and medical history forms must be completed before treatment.

Where prescribing or medical oversight is required, treatment will only proceed once the appropriate requirements have been completed.

Treatment may be declined or postponed where it is not considered suitable or safe to proceed.

💕 RESULTS, AFTERCARE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Individual treatment results can vary.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultation and for following all aftercare advice provided.

Forever With Nicola cannot accept responsibility for problems arising from information that was not disclosed or from failure to follow the recommended aftercare.

If you experience an unexpected concern following a treatment, please contact me as soon as possible so it can be assessed.

✨ COMPLAINTS & TREATMENT CONCERNS

Your satisfaction and safety are important to me. If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact Forever With Nicola as soon as possible so the concern can be assessed and an appropriate resolution discussed.

Where there is an issue with the service provided, an appropriate remedy may include correction, repeat treatment, removal or another resolution depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

💷 PRICE CHANGES

Forever With Nicola reserves the right to review and amend treatment prices when necessary.

The price applicable to your booking will be confirmed when booking, subject to any additional services or upgrades agreed during your appointment.

🎁 GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers:

💗 Cannot be exchanged for cash.
💗 Must be used before their stated expiry date, subject to applicable consumer rights.
💗 Cannot be split across multiple appointments unless otherwise agreed.
💗 Must be presented/redeemed when paying for the appointment.
💗 Do not receive cash or change where the treatment costs less than the voucher value, subject to the voucher terms.
💗 Where a treatment costs more than the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the client.

 

 

💗 IF I NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

If Forever With Nicola needs to cancel your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.

If I cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, I will offer a 10% discount on the rearranged treatment as a goodwill gesture.

Forever With Nicola reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply, subject always to your statutory rights.
