Service Description
Our Removal service is designed to remove extensions and overlays safely and gently, leaving your nails looking clean and polished. Our technicians will finish the treatment with a cuticle and nail tidy and apply nourishing cuticle oil. MY WORK £35 without a new set MY WORK FREE with a new set I DONT currently offer removal-only appointments for work applied elsewhere. I CAN remove BIAB, gel or acrylic that has been applied by another nail technician or professional UK nail salon; however, I only offer this as part of an appointment where I’ll be removing the existing product and applying your new set at the same appointment. REMOVAL OF NAIL PRODUCT - NOT MY WORK For the safety and health of your natural nails, I’m only able to accept removals of another technician or salon’s work where the products used are from a recognised professional nail system that can be safely identified and removed. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept every outside removal, and I reserve the right to decline a removal if I’m not confident the existing product can be removed safely. When booking, you will need to let me know where your current set was applied. This allows me to assess the likely product/system beforehand, book the correct amount of time and plan the safest and most effective removal, with the health of your natural nails always being my top priority. 💗. There is a removal charge for another technician/salon’s work, as I don’t always know which products or systems have previously been used or how easily they will remove. PLEASE NOTE....... 💗 Removal is £35 for up to 1 hour. If removal takes longer than an hour, it is then £15 for each additional 30 minutes. Please note that the removal charge is separate and is added on top of the cost of your new nail treatment, which will depend on what you choose to have reapplied for example, gel polish, BIAB or extensions. 💅 Some products can be much more difficult and time-consuming to remove than others, particularly when I’m unfamiliar with the product or system that has been used. I’ve actually had a set take nearly 3 hours to safely remove before 🙈, which is why I have to allow and charge for the additional appointment time. If you’d like to book, just let me know where your current nails were applied, what you currently have on them and what you’d like me to apply afterwards, and I can confirm whether I’m able to carry out the removal and check availability for the the correct amount of time. 🥰. 🥰
Cancellation Policy
*Booking fees A 50% BOOKING FEE is required. (this is NOT a deposit!!) *This booking fee will go towards your final balance the day of treatment. **Booking fees are non-refundable.** *Appointments will not be secured until the booking fee payment has been recieved. *Once your booking fee has been paid you have agreed to abide to the T&Cs of Forever With Nicola Nails & Beauty *Cancellations *please note should you choose to cancel your appointment instead of reschedualing your appointment you will then have agreed to forfeiting your non refundable booking fee!! *You must reschedule your appointment within 2 weeks or this will result in forfeiting your non refundable booking fee!! *An appointment can only be rescheduled once before forfeiting your non- refundable booking fee. *If cancelations are on the same day as your appointment the remaining balance due will be added to your next appointment booking. *Repeat cancellations will lose the ability to book again.
